The artist and performer DJ Sumbody has passed away. It is unknown how a craftsman by the name of Oupa John Sefoka passed away so suddenly on Sunday, November 20. However, it is believed that he was killed in a tragic accident early on.
According to reports, DJ Sumbody and one of his bodyguards were killed immediately as he drove down Woodmead Street when unidentified gunmen opened fire on his vehicle.
Since word of his death spread, there have been numerous tributes posted to him on Twitter. The concept for the show Mashaedi on the Engage, which aired in Tshwane, came from the first person from Amapiano.
